COST ACCOUNTING SPV
   
Responsibilities :
- Update standard cost in the bill of material and review standard and actual cost
-  Analyzing and periodical report gross margin analysis by product
-   Analyzing product design, service provided to determine effects on cost
-  Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability
- Assist in month-end closing, prepare journals entries as necessary, analyze inventory evaluation, and validate the cost of goods sold
- Maintaining cost accounting system
   
Requirements :
-  Age maximum 30 years old
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
-  Proficiency in Ms. Office
- Willing to be placed in Cikande-Serang or Cikupa-Tangerang
 

 

 

TAX & ACCOUNTING SPV 
   
Responsibilities :
- Prepare monthly VAT report from E-faktur
- Prepare monthly income tax art 23/26 report
- Prepare monthly report tax art 25 report
- Controls, collect, and monthly reconcile prepaid tax art 23 from customer
- Controls and monthly reconcile VAT
- Tax regulation update
- Reportiing all taxes to Tax office
- Coordination with invoicing team in conection with tax invoice and E-faktur
   
Requirements :
- Accounting graduated, max 35 years old
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Open minded and mature
- Good interpersonal skill, interactive, and team player

SALES & MARKETING SPV
   
Responsibilities :
- Ensure the sales activity performed with good and right by a team of sales distibutors
- Support promotional program that has been planned by the marketing team
- Create report sales activities and promotions in areas

Requirements :
- Maximum age of 35 years old
- Educated to Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree any major
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Have a good relation
- Highly responsible, innovative & detail oriented
- Able to work independently or in team

- Having experience in sales & Marketing minimum 3 year’s in building & Material company

INVENTORY CONTROL SPECIALIST
   
Responsibilities :
- Monitor all cycle programs and ensure consistency and accuracy in same and identity all operational problems in inventory
- Maintain records of all variances according to establish procedures and ensure accuracy of all product transfers from one facility to other
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records off all stockroom locations
- Monitor all inbound material requests of warehouse and ensure accuracy in all inbound inventory and maintain records for same
- Train employees and staff in all inventory control processes according to  manual and update processes if required
   
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree, Warehouse/ logistics, business studies/ management or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experiences in the related field is ruquired for this position, preferable from logistics or forwarder company background
- Good analitycal thinking, creative, and having problem solving skill
- Demonstrated leadership skill
- Strong facilitation, influencing and team building skills
- Able to work under tight deadline, discipline, focus and able to work with minimum supervision and also a good team player

Responsibilities :
- Maintains distribution of finish good by organizing routing; maximizing unit utilities and recommending improvements
- Meets logistics operational standards by contributing logistics information to strategic plans and reviews
- Resolving problems & identifying logistics systems improvements
- Accomplishes logistics human resources objectives by selecting, orienting, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
- Communicating job expectations ; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; adhering to policies and procedures
   
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree, Warehouse/ logistics, business studies/ management or equivalent

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for maintenance and repair building
- Making general service strategies related to building and maintenance and repair utility
- Providing and ensuring residents facility on the field is Adequate (electric, water,health, safety, and others)
- Responsible for enviromental safety building
- Overseeing the function of Tenant Relations, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, Finance, Operation Centers, in order to provide Quality Services to residents
   
Requirements :
- Minimum Educated to Diploma(D3)/ Bachelor’s Degree(S1) in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture
- Preferably 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Candidat with knowledge in building defect works and familiar with maintenance works and process would be an added advantage
- Process strong initiative and good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent command in written & Spoken English
 

 

 

AREA SALES MANAGER
   
Responsibilities :
- Maksimum age of 35 years old
- Educated to Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree any major

SALES PROMOSTION GIRL
   
Requirements :
- Female, maximum age 25 years old
- Educated to Senior High School
- One year experience in the same field
- Communicative, good looking, and confident
- Willing to be place in Puri Kembangan (Jakbar), Bintang Klender (Jaktim), or Serpong (Tangerang)

Requirements :

Requirements :
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law with GPA min. 3.25
- At least 10 years of working experience in Corporate Legal, legal drafting, legal review, legal permit, and compliance
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Legal Manager
- Familiar to manage and process permit compliance
- Fluent in English both in writting & speaking

MANDARIN TRANSLATOR 
   
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in 
- At least 1 year of working experiences as a mandarin translator in the related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Requirements :

- Compare prices, specification, delevery time in order to determine the best bid among the potential supplier

Requirements :
